The Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival is back this year, with a program of seven toe-tapping, finger-snapping concerts from 23 November to 4 December, featuring international musical sensations. Founded in 2006 by Jean-René Palacio, the Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival is known for programming the greatest jazz performers of our time.
